Every child deserves a caring family. 65 percent of the children in Zimbabwe have lost one or both parents to HIV/AIDS. Help this community of teen-aged orphans know the love of Christ and find hope in Him.Become An Advocate
In rural Zimbabwe, two-thirds of school children have lost one or both parents to HIV/AIDS. Extended families or caregivers are too poor to provide children with the family care and support that they need. In many cases there is no extended family.
You can impact the lives of orphans through compassion and physical assistance looking for every opportunity to share the Gospel and teach spiritual truths. You may adopt a local school and help provide long term support for orphans by providing school fees, uniforms, or school supplies. You may assist the extended family by removing the burden of school expenses for that child ensuring more orphans stay in school through the end of high school. The ministry is tied to a local Caring Center.
The people of Zimbabwe are friendly, cheerful, and courteous. Most are very friendly when seeing friends on the street, but with strangers it is the complete opposite; very cautious. It is impolite to embarrass someone in public. Family relations are very important. Zimbabweans tend to spend money quickly and not look towards future needs. They call this “living for today.”
Zimbabwe is a landlocked country located in the southern part of the African continent. Zimbabwe has three official languages, English, Shona and Ndebele.

YOU can help support the housing, education and food needs of the orphans currently in the Orphan Care Center.
- $200 per child per month provides lodging, food, educational fees, uniforms, supplies, staff salaries.
- Our goal is to have 7 sponsors per child at $30/mth per sponsor (currently, we are less than 50% on that goal). Once we fully fund the existing # of kids (12) then we can take in additional kids.
* 100% of all donations go to the Caring Center ministry.Give To This Project
Pray that the Caring Center can continue to house and care for the growing number of orphans.
